General Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders are processed within 1 or 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you have received your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping rates
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipments are only made within Europe.
Collection at the Art Museum
You can skip shipping costs with free local collection. Once you have placed your order and selected local collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 or 2 working days. We will send you an email when your order is ready together with instructions.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 24/48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at museo@mendrisio.ch with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns of any kind.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at museo@mendrisio.ch with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will deal with these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
